Beginner Pilates

The focus in class will be on breaking down some of the classical Pilates choreography and focusing on form and alignment. Great for beginners and the more seasoned practitioners who enjoy an opportunity to slow down and create a deeper mind & body connection. Enhance your core strength and work on improving your posture while releasing and lengthening the body with the stretching we will incorporate throughout the class.

Pilates Mat - All Levels

This class focuses on using rhythmic movements to improve core strength and stability, progressing through a blend of classical exercises including modifications to encourage alignment while strengthening the entire body. Use of props and stretching throughout the class may be used to aid in the development of long, toned muscles while creating more space in the body.

Intermediate Pilates w/ props

Experience a challenging and rewarding class with the addition of the Pilates ring, bolster, hand weights, the overball and maybe more! Shake things up with the addition of these props to add variety to the classical Mat routine with a modern twist to really challenge our core strength and encourage balanced muscular development throughout the body. Stretching will be incorporated into the routine to release and restore the mind and body. 

Pilates & Yoga Blend

In this class expect to enjoy both the strengthening aspects of Pilates with the flexibility of Yoga poses in this blended workout to satisfy mind, body and soul. Some prior knowledge of Pilates and Yoga is helpful but not absolutely necessary as you will be guided thoroughly throughout the class.
